Propelling you to Leadership Excellence

In a world of technology-driven social and economic disruption, leaders face an unprecedented need to be able to adapt and flex their thinking to future risks and opportunities; to be transparent, authentic and emotionally aware; and to be able to have traction across different generations and cultures. As our working lives lengthen and traditional careers decline, leaders need the resilience to step up and also down, as the roles they play vary in multiple ways and at different times.

The Brand

We work with both existing and emerging leaders to develop the skills and mental resilience they need to thrive in today’s ever-changing and fast-paced environment. At the heart of our approach is the belief that to meet the demands placed upon the modern leader, individuals must be continually growing and renewing their thinking, each time emerging stronger and more competent.

The Story

Phoenix Leaders, founded by Valentina Kislaya, began in Cyprus in 2015 as a leadership and executive training consultancy. After relocating to the UK, Valentina has since established herself in London and in Cyprus as an advocate of training that challenges how we learn and lead. She believes passionately in a reinvigoration of the traditional training approach and the evolution of courses that are more dynamic, more experiential and interactive, and more impactful through practical applications. Phoenix Leaders builds on Valentina’s cross-cultural and cross-generational experience to encompass all levels throughout an organisation, recognising the shift in leadership models and the changing influences that are disrupting our work environments.

The Process

Our experts understand that in order for leaders to respond successfully to the demands of their roles and the continuously evolving marketplace in which they operate, executives require training tailored to their own individual situations.

We use business psychology, corporate experience and neuroscience to build our training sessions, tailoring the courses to fit your company’s vision and values.  As such, every training will be slightly different, delivered in-house and shaped to fit the needs of your organisation and team.

Our courses concentrate on impact and sustainability, developing skills and mindset that allow you to continuously adapt and grow. Authenticity needs to be at the heart of how you function as an executive and a leader, having a clear understanding of your company’s vision and values, enables you to engage others (your team, your clients, your peers) fully.

Some of the topics we cover in a typical course are:

We carry out a personality test and de-brief session with a business psychologist before the training.
