Bruce Daisley – Transitioning back into a post-lockdown workplace: what to expect and how to adapt

As businesses in Cyprus begin the phased transition out of lockdown and back into the office for the second time, the post-COVID workplace will look very different to the one we left in 2020. From adapting to new seating plans, staggered start and finish times, fewer face-to-face meetings as well as managing teams both virtually and in-person, we will be faced with a workplace which most of us have never experienced in our working lives. And whilst after months spent at home we are longing for a return to our pre-COVID lives, not all employees will find the transition back to work easy.

Join us for a virtual discussion on successfully transitioning back into a post-lockdown workplace with Bruce Daisley, Former European Vice President of Twitter and Expert on Work Culture, best-selling author and creator of the Apple #1 Business Podcast Eat Sleep Work Repeat.

In this discussion, Bruce will outline the lessons we have learned about restoring motivation in workers and how the best performing firms will seize this moment to bounce back to full strength. He will discuss our understanding of motivation and how each of us can activate a more resilient attitude in our colleagues and employees.
