Valentina Kislaya is Founder and CEO of Phoenix Leaders, a leadership and executive training consultancy located in Nicosia and London. Valentina works with global leaders to help them inspire multi-generational and multi-cultural teams in a world of changing business models and non-traditional ways of working.
Simon is a business psychologist, trainer, facilitator and certified coach, with over 15 years' experience supporting the retail, hospitality, financial and sales industries.
Mike is a health and fitness coach with nearly 20 years’ experience working with some of London’s leading health and fitness clubs and hotels. Having worked with a range FTSE 100 CEO’s and business leaders, Mike has a fascinating insight into the relationship between health and fitness and productivity in the workplace.
Vicky is a Business Management professional with over 18 years’ experience across an array of sectors including consumer goods, the automotive industry and Management Consulting in the field of Operations, Marketing, Sales and HR.
Lucinda is a communications and reputation management specialist with extensive experience advising corporates, HNW individuals and private families. At Phoenix Leaders Lucinda manages the company’s external relations both in London and Cyprus.
Kimberley has 20 years’ experience in Operations and Events Management, pre-dominantly in the Financial Services sector but also spanning IT, Retail and Talent Acquisition. Her experience has been gained in organisations of all sizes – from sole traders to global multinationals.
Anna holds a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Architectural Conservation from the University of Derby. With a background in architecture, Anna’s expertise in this field helped support the restoration of the Club in 2017.
